Former Elizabethton High School cheerleading coach and Milligan College alumna Ronda Paulson is entering her first season as the head coach of the Milligan cheerleading program.

Paulson brings several years of experience to the program, having served as head cheerleading coach at Elizabethton High School from 1998 to 2002. Last year she served as cheerleading sponsor to the Milligan squad.

Paulson's hiring, along with new scholarship opportunities, are part of Milligan's expansion of their co-ed cheerleading program.

Grant Foster
Assistant Coach,
Cheerleading

Grant Foster was a former gymnastics and cheerleading coach at Appalachian Gymnastics in Johnson City, TN. Foster is entering his first year as assistant coach of the Milligan College cheerleading program.

Grant, a former Milligan College cheerleader and alum, brings seven years of gymnastics, stunting and conditioning experience to the Buffs' squad.
