Ingle signs with Lady Buffs softball

MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TENN. (Nov. 26, 2007) --- Brooke Ingle (Waynesville, N.C.) a standout at Tuscola High School has signed for the Lady Buffs softball team. While at Tuscola she has made a positive impact both on and off the field of play.

“Brooke is a highly motivated individual and has worked extremely hard over the past few years,” said her high school coach. “The Tuscola softball family is excited for Brooke and we look forward to her successful career at Milligan."

Ingle accumulated 65 strike outs and a 4.5 ERA with 28 runs allowed. She also pitched 56 innings and had an 8.4 record.

“I am very happy Brooke has chosen to continue her collegiate career at Milligan,” commented Head Coach Wes Holly. “She is a great young lady as well as a student-athlete. We look to her to bring a lot of talent to the program.”

Brooke is the daughter of Ronnie and Joyce Ingle.
