Vaccaro commits to Lady Buffs softball
MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TENN. (Dec 12, 2007) --- Wildcats outfielder Heather Vaccaro (Richmond Hill, Ga.) a standout at Richmond Hill High School has signed for the Lady Buffs softball team. Vaccaro has made a great impact on the Richmond Hill program both on and off the field of play.
“I have had the pleasure of coaching Heather for the past three years in softball, basketball and track" said Richmond Hill Coach Jodi Reagan.
"She is a very smart and talented individual. Her passion for athletics shows in all that she does. Heather is a dedicated and intense player, on and off the field, as well as a team player. I am very proud of what she has accomplished. I wish her all the best now and in the future. I look forward to seeing her on the field again.”
Milligan Head Coach Wes Holly is very excited to have Vaccaro join the Lady Buffs team.
“I am very excited to have Heather join our Lady Buffs next fall. She is a very dedicated and hard worker both in the class room, and on the field,” commented Head Coach Holly. “She is a good fit for Milligan and will make a great addition to our softball program and the student body."
Vaccaro is the daughter of Gerry and Linda Vaccaro.
