Games set for Milligan's Fall Classic

Johnson City, Tenn. (Sept. 4, 2007) --- The Milligan College women's softball team has set the game schedule for their Fall Classic Tournament and are preparing for their fall season opener. The Classic is set to be played, September 15-16, at Winged Deer Park in Johnson City, Tenn.

The games will be played in a four pool play set-up, two of which will be college teams, while the other two are high school travel ball teams. The majority of games will be played on Saturday, while the championship rounds will begin at 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 16.

The Lady Buffs are set to play at 12:30 p.m., 5:45 p.m., and 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15, matching up against Hiwassee College, Bluefield College and Virginia Intermont.

The Lady Buffs will resume play on Sunday, Sept. 16, at 10 a.m. against Hiwassee College and at 11:45 a.m. against Roan State Community College. For more information, click here.
