Sullivan Central's Ramsey signs with Lady Buffs

Milligan College, Tenn. (Apr. 23, 2008) --- Cheerleading coach Ronda Paulson has announced that Michelle Ramsey (Kingsport, Tenn.) will cheer for the Milligan College Buffs next season. Ramsey is the first Sullivan Central cheerleader to sign a cheerleading scholarship.

A life-long cheerleader Ramsey has displayed all the characteristics that Milligan College athletics stands for. A varsity member for three years at Sullivan Central high school Ramsey will be a good fit for the Lady Buffs cheerleading squad.

Named to many All-Academic teams that includes Honor Roll, Aim Scholar, a member of the National Honor Society, National Beta Club, Foreign Language Honor Society and Math Honor Society she will be an assets to the team both on and off the court

“Michelle is a great addition to our program,” commented coach Paulson. “Her experience from the years' she has spent in the cheerleading will definitely help.”

Ramsey plans to major in occupational therapy while at Milligan College.
