Warner signs with Lady Buffs volleyball

Milligan College, Tenn. (Apr. 4, 2008) --- Cerissa Warner (Johnson City, Tenn.) has committed to play volleyball for the Milligan College Lady Buffs next fall.

Warner a 5'7” outside-hitter graduating from Tri-Cities Christian School was named to the All-Conference team during the 2005, 2006 and 2007. Warner will make an immediate impact on the 2009 season for the Buffs with statistics like this. She claimed the Offensive Player of the Year award in 2007 and was named Most Athletic Female that same year also.

“Cerissa will be a great addition to the Milligan volleyball program,” commented Head Coach Doneva Bays. “She will be an asset to Milligan College both on and off the court.”

She is the daughter of Arthur and Cindy Warner of Johnson City, Tenn.
