Milligan complete sweep of UVA-Wise

In the top of the eighth with two out, Ricky Morgan connected for what would be a gamewinning three-run home run as Milligan defeated UVa-Wise 8-5 on Saturday in an Appalachian Athletic Conference matchup.

The second game of the scheduled twinbill was postponed. The seven-inning game will be made up on Monday starting at 5 p.m. at UVa-Wise's Stallard Field.

Morgan drove in four runs for the Buffs (6-9, 18-23) with his three-run homer and an RBI double. Brian Busby added a double and two singles while Brandon Murphy laced a double and one single. Spencer Street singled two times.
