Fine start for Fenner

Milligan College, Tenn. (Feb. 15, 2008) --- The date was Feb. 1 and the setting was Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville. It was former Chilhowie High School star Keith Fenner's collegiate debut and he saw time on the mound.

The Milligan College freshman then proceeded to toss three strong innings of relief in Milligan's 10-7 loss. The right-hander allowed three hits and two runs (one earned) in three innings, while walking one and striking out four.

Fenner also pitched on Feb. 8 against Southern Poly State (Ga.), throwing 3 1/3 shutout innings of relief.

Jason Trivett has also seen time on the mound for Milligan, which is coached by former Lebanon High School star Nathan Meade.
