Elizabethton duo signs with Milligan

Milligan College, Tenn. (Feb 19, 2008) --- Elizabethton seniors Seth Grindstaff (Elizabethton, Tenn.) and Janey Robinson (Elizabethton, Tenn.) will compete for the Buffs and Lady Buffs of Milligan College next year. 

Grindstaff, the son of Mark and Shelecia Grindstaff, was a member of the Cyclones 2005 cross country state championship team. He was also a four-year letterman for Coach Jim Presnell and earned all-state honors in 2006.

Robinson, a three-time state qualifier in cross county, scored on each of Coach Presnell's state championship squads that finished third, fourth, and seventh place the last three seasons.  The daughter of Randy and Teresa Robinson, she also ranks in the top ten percent of her senior class. 

"We're excited both Janey and Seth have chosen to stay close to home and attend Milligan. They played significant roles on two very successful teams and they'll certainly bring a great deal to our squads," said Head Coach Chris Layne.
