Buffs fall to no. 20 Trevecca

Milligan College, Tenn. (Feb. 14, 2009) --- The Milligan College baseball team fell to No. 20 Trevecca Nazarene University ( Nashville, Tenn. ) Saturday at Anglin Field by a final of 12-0.

On the mound, junior Mike Gallo (Peabody, Mass.) received the loss in five innings of work. Gallo gave up three earned runs off of four hits, and struck out four batters.

Offensively, junior Eric Oxley (Ardmore, Tenn.) went 1-2, while senior Justin Motte (Johnson City, Tenn.) was 1-3.

The Buffs host the Blue Knights of Urbana University ( Urbana, Ohio ) Sunday, February 15, at Anglin Field. The first pitch for the single 9-inning game is schedule to start at 4:00 p.m.
