Local talent inks with Buffs Baseball
Milligan College, Tenn. (April 23, 2009) --- Baseball head coach Nathan Meade announced local talent Tyler Gaby will continue his baseball career at Milligan.
Gaby played both football and baseball for Sullivan East High School. He is a standout on the diamond in the Big 9 conference where, in several categories, he is highly ranked as an offensive player. Gaby played baseball on the traveling team The Edge last summer and plans on playing with The Edge again this summer.
“Tyler is a great fit for our program, being a person of good character both on and off the field,” Meade said. “He is a phenomenal athlete on the field, possessing the ability to play both infield and outfield at this level. We expect him to perform well both on the field and in the classroom.”
Gaby intends on majoring pre-med at Milligan. He lives in Bluff City, Tenn. with his mother Robin Tarlton.
