Milligan College Buffaloes

Milligan Coach Tony Wallingford presented a plaque of recognition and commendation to Happy Valley High School Head Coach Charlie Bayless during a Warriors basketball game this past season, honoring him for his 942nd career win.

The 942nd win played Bayless second all-time on the Tennessee High School Basketball Coaches career wins list. Coach Bayless has over 50 years of coaching experience as he continues to head up the Happy Valley High School boy's program.

“Coach Bayless is a great coach as well as a man of character,” commented Wallingford. “He is a quality role model for the young men he has coached and continues to coach. Coach Bayless has been a good friend to Milligan College and our basketball program throughout the years, and it was an honor to present the recognition plaque to a true coaching legend.”
